Smart Membership Application

South MetroCity Association of Realtors (SMART) invites membership applications based on the following criteria:

• The applicant is engaged in the profession of a real estate broker / consultant / agent and he/she should have minimum one year experience in this field.
• The applicant generates a substantial proportion of his/her revenues out of the South Mumbai real estate related markets (South Mumbai defined as locations from Colaba to Mahim, Sion and Wadala (E))
• The applicant provides brokerage services encompassing all or some of the following property types - residential, commercial, retail, land / plots, redevelopment
• The applicant is capable of using basic internet based communications, such as e-mail and services provided on a property portal such as www.smartrealtors.co.in
• The applicant agrees to share his/her direct property listings with fellow SMART Members through posting of such listings on the Association web portal with an objective of mutual business enhancement
• The applicant agrees to offer property solutions in the form of relevant listings, as and when available, against requirements posted by fellow Members and Visitors on the SMART portal
• The applicant agrees to actively participate in various programs conducted by SMART
• The applicant agrees to abide by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice followed by South MetroCity Association of Realtors (SMART) Members
• The applicant confirms that he/she has a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and a Service Tax Code (Registration Number)
• The applicant will not advertise for 0% brokerage in the print media.
